Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Carriers
We currently ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at 3600 Frederica Road, Unit 3, St. Simons Island, GA 31522 (inside Kollier & Co.), Tuesday - Saturday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Delivery Delays
Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for postal delays or issues. If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out to the carrier directly or contact us for assistance.
