Refund policy

We want you to love what you purchase from Fancy Finds SSI! If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items

• Personal care products (e.g., soaps, lotions)

• Seasonal or holiday merchandise

Return Process
Please email us at hello@fancyfindsonssi.com to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
